Please read this Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase, as it governs the terms under which refunds may be granted.
Digital Products
Bodoland Library sells digital products, including downloadable PDF files.
No physical goods are shipped.
Once a digital product is purchased and downloaded, it is considered delivered.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products:
No refunds will be provided after a successful download
No returns or exchanges are possible for digital files
This policy is in place because digital products cannot be “returned” once accessed. Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once the purchase is completed. Access to the download link or successful access to the file will be treated as a completed delivery.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment made accidentally
- Payment deducted but PDF not delivered due to a technical issue
- Incorrect amount charged due to system error
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
Non-Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incompatibility with user’s device or software
- Failure to download due to poor internet connection
- Sharing or misuse of the downloaded content
- Requests made after the allowed refund period
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method
- Refunds are handled via Razorpay
- Processing time: 5–7 working days
